If you find it difficult to forward high priority emails or just emails to your subordinates or team members, then one Outlook setting feature can help you automatically send the emails from particular specified senders to some recipients. All you need to do is create a simple rule to enable this auto-forward feature. When you successfully make this Outlook setting, it is possible to automatically forward email to certain specified recipients. It is possible for you to choose the contacts very easily from your Outlook’s Address Book, and then add it to the recipient list.   • First, you need to click on Rules in the Home tab. Then you need to click on Manage Rules and Alerts.
  • Then, Rules and Alerts dialog will appear. After that, from Apply changes to this folder list, you need choose an appropriate account in order to apply a rule. Then you need to click on New Rule.
  • In Rules Wizard, click on Apply rule on messages I receive, under Start from a blank rule. Then you need to click on the Next button.
  • Then you need to enable From People Or Public Group Option. After that, at the bottom of the wizard window you need to click on People or Public Group. When clicked, the Rule Address dialog will appear. In the dialog you need to enter the specific sender address in the From input pane, and the click on OK.
  • On seeing the specified email address in the bottom of the window, click Next.
  • Enable forward it to people or public group option. Then click on phrase People Or Public Group. When clicked, a Rule Address dialog will appear, and now you need to enter the recipient email address and click on OK.
  • Click on Finish to end the Rules Wizard and then click on OK.
Now, when you receive an email from a specified sender, the email will be forwarded automatically to the person specified.
